Default Hands-on stereo shopping

I've been researching 2 din touch screen stereos for a few months and I've narrowed down some choices. What would really help now is if I could put my hands on them to check out the response times for the menus etc. and to get a feel for the sturdiness of the buttons and the dial.

Can anyone suggest a store that would have a big selection on display? Or another way that I can make an informed decision?

With all the great prices online, I'd hate to buy the "Boss" brand just to realize it's flimsy and slow. I'm sure you can understand where I'm coming from.

I can post a small table (s-sheet) that shows the break down of the models I was looking at in case it helps anyone else!

Stay away from cheap brands or no names (boss is a big one)
