How to avoid door panel vibrations from speakers?

I just upgraded from the stock speakers in my 1998 blazer to a set of 4 6.5" infinity reference speakers in the doors. The sound is amazing but when I play songs with more bass the door panels vibrate. I am thinking about cutting out holes in the door panels and putting on the including grills to avoid any door panel contact which should hopefully stop a lot of the vibration. This would obviously work well on the front doors which have a nice circular pattern for the speaker vents. However the rear doors have a square vent pattern for the speakers. How can I make this look like a clean install after cutting holes in my door panels?

My guess would be that just cutting the holes so the speaker does not touch the door panel will still give you the same result. It has been mentioned in the forums that taking small thick pieces of faom padding and putting them inside your door will help with the vibration issues. I plan on doing this when I install my new speakers....gotta get the money first.

You can get some Damping Spray http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=268-250or some sound dampening Sheets http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=268-010
i would go with the spray because you can put it anywhere
its like bedliner in a can

The foam padding sounds like it would be a good option. Where can I buy this stuff?
