Default Which install kit!!!!

I have an 2002 chevy blazer ls and ive been through 2 metra install kits and they dont fit! Twice ive been sold the "right" part by them and they dont fit! \the 99-2003 one didnt mount to anything in my dash and the aw-555gm one left a 1/4" gap on one side, it also didnt fit my radio. I bought a single din radio and mine comes with the double din factory radio. Please help!

I used the Scosche GM1590AB and it worked great. I haven't heard of the Metra kit and have no idea where its sold.
