Ok, I just ordered some new speakers to replace the stock ones in the door panel (for a hell of a deal by the way) and I don't want to screw it up, so tell me what to do. I know that I need to remove the door panel, but that is all I know, so lets say that I got out the tool box and the doors are open and i'm scratching my head. I need direction from here. I also want some speakers to replace the 6X9s in the rear panel, so the same directions would be required for that job. What is the hardest part, what should I watch out for? You guys rock, as always!

ok on the door pannel (guessing its like my 97) there is a little plastic peace in the door haddle that you can take a straght screw driver to get out. Take out the 2 screws(phillips head), then start at the back bottom of the door and start pulling. It should all pull off easy like, becarfull of the wires if you have pw,pl,pm,etc. Take the 2 or 3 screws that hold speaker in out and swap in new one. On the side pannels take the seatbelt thing off and the hook out and pull carefully(make sure nothing else is holding it on). 4 screws that hold the 6x9 in and swap.
Hope it helps alittle.

I am going to cut out the plastic to get to the speakes with a dremel not that I am lazy but it will look killer with the speaker grill and you do not have to take everything apart.
