Default ipod adapter

thinking about getting an ipod adapter for my pioneer 7800, the one that pioneer makes cuz i tried the fm transmitter and it doesnt work good. Where would there be a good place to mount it behind the radio? and is it hard to hook up? Thanks for your help.

just get the CD-1200. plugs right into the back of your radio, and you can fish it out to where ever youwant. easy as pie.

Agreed, then if you wanted it super clean you could mount the connector and then set the iPod on where the ash tray folds down.

yeah super easy. depending on which one you get, you may have to connect it to +12V and GND.

i got the cb1100, i ended up mounting it behind my my glove box and it turned out real nice. Thanx for the input though =)
