so, i was wondering how are the dash speakers hooked up on a 2nd gen. blazer?? like on usually aftermarket head units there are only 4 channels, one for every door speaker but what about the dash speakers how are the powered???

don't quote me on it but they might actually be hooked in together.

they are tweeters. if you put aftermarket 4x6s only the high's will play through. if you want the mids and highs you have to run speaker wire to the new speakers
