OK, I already replaced the stock speakers in my 99ls 4dr. Now I need to get to work on the head unit. I'm not going to find a decent 1.5 din hu, so what do you guys have/recommend? I'm not looking to spend a huge amount of money on the deck, that means I'm going to do my best to stay in the $250-350 range.

Things to keep in mind: I am going to amp everything up, I have two 12's that I am also installing with the unit. If possible, Id like it to be satellite radio ready.

I would concure that the Eclipse products are very good. In case you would like to see these radios, Circuit City just became a National Retailer of Eclipse products. They are officially launching the brand this weekend, but many of the stores already have them in stock.

If you are interested, look at the 4000 or the 5000 model. They are great headunits and will give you good sound. Additionally, they have 5 volt pre-outs, which will give you stronger signal to your amps.

Hope this helps!!!

im not 100% but i think circuit city will only carry the lower end eclipse's such as the 1000 - 4000 series. i doubt they will carry the 5000, 7000, AVN6600 or AVN7000
