I Want to buy a radio for my 95 s10 blazer. No more than $150 to $200. Must fit truck nicely. Want sirius satalite CD am/fm. Don,t want one that is satalite ready must have it built in to radio. Or can some one enlighten me about the satalite ready radios? Anyone have any sugestions and or thoughts?

Autozone carries the Kenwood radio line. They have one for $139 that is Sirius ready. It also has the HD tuner capability as well. I have never seen one with the Sirius receiver built in. They may make them i'm not sure. If you decide to go with one of the Kenwoods you will have to get the SIR-Ken Receiver. I'm running a Kenwood KDC-MVP6022 with a Sirius Sr-901 receiver. It works out pretty good. Here is a pic of the MVP6022 that I just put in and one of the 901 receiver

It's just a thought. Total investment in the radio and receiver is less than $100. I mounted the receiver there as it was in an out of the way location as I carry cargo in the back and didn't want it to get damaged.

Here is a pic of the KDC MP225 I just pulled out. Although it's an older radio it still works great and even has a remote.

they dont have the satelite tuners built in. its always an extra box that plugs in and has an antenna. ususally its really easy to install. i would suggest looking into pioneer units as they are usually a little cheaper with amazing quality and plenty of options. Kenwood and JVC might be good ones for you as well.

Are you looking just to listen to the music or are you going for more high performance products?
