Default To buy or not to buy?

I am looking at 2 different Blazers currently and was wondering which one do you all think is the "best buy"?

Option 1: 1996 Blazer LS 4x4
Price: 2900
Mileage: 125K
All Power, CD Player, AC works, Red, Body seems to be in great shape as does the Cloth Interior

Option 2: 2000 Blazer LT 2 Wheel Drive
Price: 4900
Mileage: 120K
All Power, CD, AC, BLACK, Body and Silver Leather in Great Condition

The other catch is I live in Florida so a Black car is probably not the best option but then again, thats what A/C is for, right?

Let me know your thoughts and opinions. I am kind of leaning towards the 96 because they both have similar mileage and the older one is 2 grand cheaper and 4 wheel drive.

How do the motors compare?

Any questions, comments, concerns please post!

Thanks!
Mike

Hmm, I think if it were me i'd probably go for the red one due to the fact that its 4x4 and 125k ain't bad for a 13 year old truck. Although leather would be nice.. Do you know any previous history on the trucks?

Yes according to the dealer the newer one is a 1 owner truck with a clean carfax report, the other is a 3 owner truck also clean. They are willing to show the reports to me at a moments notice.

However I drove by the dealer last night and noticed the red one was not there... I will be calling in the AM on Monday to see if it is still available, maybe it was in a garage OR one of the employees are driving it...

I would definitely take a look at the reports yourself just to make sure.

I would personally go for the 4x4.
