anything retail here is outrageously priced, even the clearence. I'd rather get a new sub amp 1st.......but then id really not be able to hear the music. this setup will be going on 3 years this summer, and I've not had a single problem with the 501, or the R's, besides smellin the coil. But I think my decks time is almost up, screen will turn off and on if i press against it, like a button. OH! damn i need new dash speakers too []

look at pioneer's new DEHP5900IB. pretty sweet lookin cd player. Or you could do what I am going to attempt, custom fabbing a double din dvd screen

That's a sexy DVD setup! Not what I'm looking at though, lol. The space under my deck for holding cd cases is going to be used for switch mounting...

But I see that Pioneer has AUX inputs... another reason I wanted to stick with Alpine... I've got the RCA in cable, lol.

I'll try and remember to snap a pic of my dash today...

I'll also swing by a car audio place and see if they've got the pioneer on display to see if I like it...
