heck yea new head unit, no proffessional install, no wire harneses just some ald fashion electrical tape and a knife! (it took 2 hours of frustration to do so) lol

Dont really approve of the installation method but it looks decent in there. I would get some interior paint from AutoZone and paint that dash kit to match the dash...

Not too shabby there. Myself im not a huge fan of sony (more of a pioneer guy myself) but that deck does look really nice though.

Like cloak was saying though, might want to get some proper wire splicers at some point or if you are really ambitious solder and heat shrink the connections so you dont end up with a potential fire hazard.

Why not buy a wire harness for ~$10... I installed my stereo in less than 10 minutes. But ??? If it works then what the hell...

Do you know of any other or better methods for these? I have an installation kit similar to that one and it's not that great. No matter how tight the screw is for the deck to the adapter, the deck still comes out on one side.
