as close as you can get with MP3's, their compression rates suck.

I have a Dual (yeah I know ****ty brand) head unit and it has an auxilary input and I have my PDA hooked up to it to play MP3's and I think it sounds just as good if not better than CD's....

i'm still waiting to get my car back form the shop so i can install my h.u and speakers but i came across a deal such as...

Two P1 12" Rockford Fosgate Sub-Woofers
Rockford Fosgate Subs, Enclosed w/ AMP
P3002 Rockford Fosgate 2 Channel Amplifier
Rockford Fosgate Pre-built Speaker Enclosure
498.00 (installation, tax excluded)

What, do u all think about this, like i said i'm not really all into this kind of stuff so i dont no good deals or good brands really, thanks!

I never put a cd player in and i'm planning on doing it tongiht, how long do u think it will take Me?

depends on how much knowledge you have with the wiring and all.

A fast person could knock it out in maybe 30-45 mins.

a newbie will prolly be maybe 1 hr to 1.5 hrs

its not that bad

yea installing a HU isn't very hard....as long as you know what ur doing. lol if u run into problem just run in here and post

I could do it in about 15 min, but then again, I have probaly pur cd players in about 100 blazers. If you have any questions, you can pm me, as ( not trying to brag, I swear) I could do that with my eyes closed.
