im new and i wanted to know how do you disable the auto light from comeing oni want to do it manualy. for many reason and for offroading use to.

of your talking about the day time running lights......the only way I found to do it is to put on the parking brake, shut it off, restart the engine and almost all the lights are off(cluster, DRL's,ashtray)

but as soon as you pull the ebrake release....they all turn on.....

Push the dome override button 3-5 times quickly and ull hear a ding.

As soon as ou turn off your car/turn it back on youll have to it again.

if your talking about the DRL's, if you pull the fuse in the underhood fusebox, it should stop them from coming on.

im not sure how to disable the automatic headlights if thats what you are asking for

no not the drl i know how to do that all u do is take out the drl fuse out of the fuse relay under the hood. im talking about auto headlight that automaticly come on at night theres the sensor on the dash but i dont want to cut it.

i have heard something about disconnecting the sensor and inserting a resistor into the wires so the computer always sees it as daylight but im not real sure on exactly what to do


EDIT: i found it. CLICK HERE in post #9, Pilgrim explains how to disable the auto headlights
