Default Popping noise in speakers

Just hooked up my new speakers and sub woofers, and there is a popping noise that seems to be in the same frequency as the engine, when I rev the popping matches it. Is this interference? It happens with both the radio and when I have my mp3 player plugged in.

Radio, it pops through both the speakers from the radio and the subwoofers from the amp.
