Putting subs in an 86 K5..who has'em?

when i had my first k5 i had 2 12 inches in the back for bass and just used the stock front speakers, i just faded the radio to the front til it got even. they didnt last long in there though, took up so much storage space and not having tinted windows i took them out within a few weeks
