Default Quick Help Needed

Hey guys, i saw this deal as part of a friday and saturday only kind of thing and i was wondering if it was worth it.

http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/bundl...undleImageLink

Im on kind of a tight budget right now and i only have factory audio. I know a lot of people don't like sony but i was thinking for the price it might be worth it. Someone told me if i do go for it i should get the $50 replacement plan as well. Any advice at all is aprreciated.
