Default Quick Question

has anyone ever had problems with hid's and ebay projector headlights. i got the ones with the halo on high beam. i changed the ballast and switched bulbs and the passenger side still has somewhat of a diff color to it (halogen looking just brighter). could it be a relay not delivering sufficent power or is the housing messed up?

yea but the hids are the low beam projector not where the halo is.

I MIGHT have found the problem. looking at it closely, i found that both igniters on the bulbs were facing diff directions, one had the igniter at the bottom of the light and the other was sideways. the only thing that i saw that would have made the color diff is that the one that had the igniter at the bottom of the light had a liquid near it and the one that was sideways had the liquid looking stuff on a good portion of the bulb, now after a little fighting both bulbs have the igniter wire at the bottom lets see if that shifts that liquid stuff off the bulb surface a little more. i rambled a little bit so if nobody understands just say so and i will clarify better. On a side note should i make a breather hole for hid's, looks like there sealed pretty good.
