radio only works when going over 70 mph or parked

radio only works when going over 70 mph or parked
I recenty bought a this blazer knowing it had radio problems but got a great deal on it. Come to find out when i made a rode trip the radio did work just when i would go over 70. i think it may be the automatic speed volume control going out, but honestly im cluelss any thoughts guys?
