Exclamation Radio volume won't stay consistent.. Bad audio quality

The Factory radio in my 93 has become quite annoying. I have to turn the volume almost halfway up to get any sound. It also tends to lower the sound or become unreasonably loud randomly. The only speakers putting out sound are the left front and right rear. The other two just sound crackly and fuzzy. Should I just replace the factory Delco with another one from a junkyard?

I'd fix the two speakers first and go from there.
