I couldn't find the one with pocket to fit my '98 S10-Blazer. I went through three kits to find the right one. Amazon didn't have enough description and it was wrong and then Best Buy gave me the one for full size 1998 blazer. Did u mod anything for the one with the pocket to fit?

 

Mine is for an '02 and I just got my kit from Best Buy. I installed it but I also did it in the parking lot at the Best Buy b/c I for them lol. We had to go back in and ask b/c we couldn't get the ring to fit either. The installer showed up the correct way and it went right in and the ring fit.
