stock head question

Default stock head question

Ok I have the stock head unit with cd in my 97 bravada. The button for the cd also has aux on it, is the aux for some gm item to be added only?

CD Changer if I'm not mistaken. Or if you buy a schwanky aux converter, you can get an audio input out of it.

I'm not sure if it was around it 1997 or not on my radio I have a similar AUx button and it was designed to be used with the XM satellite radio.
