Default Stock Radio Swap

I need to know if the head unit from a newer style Blazer(98 or so) will fit into my 93 w/out any cutting or mods. Also does the stock 93 come w/ an amp because sometimes my radio will sound like I am running on nothing but trebel and then the bass will just kick in and sound like it is going to blow me out the windshield. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.[sm=badbadbad.gif]

If you're talking about an external amp, I believe the answer is no. But all radios have kinda an internal amp. Not much, the max I've seen is 52w X 4 on aftermarket head units. I would just buy an aftermarket head unit and not worry about stock radios, but that's just me.
