i believe they do server purpose, which i think is letting air out of the cabin like when a door closes, but just stuff weather stripping or foam into them and they will stop vibration, MAKe sure you have one window cracked, they do have a purpose(lets sudden build up of preasure out, like i said above with closing a door)

Wrong. There is no need to open a window when you play your system.just take care of the rattles the right way...

well i could argue with u but i dont want to start a fight, so yeah those two vblack plastic thing are probly where the most of its coming from, once u get those fixed its then usually the handle mechinism on the hatch door
o and btw what i did really worked for me, so yeah i can afford to dynamt the entire rear of the truck, so yeah even though its not the right way it still works

Wrong again. If its not the right way then it 'doesnt' work...You are not an expert just because you have a system in your car. Maybe im just a *****, but your bad advice is really starting to irritate...

pat how come you like edead so much?

it is cheap, and thats what I have in my ride, but it seems considerably thinner than other brands.

but on the good side its all still sticking

My favorite deadener by far is secondskin. There normal Damplifier is actually as thick as Dynamat extreme and its much stickier...

Thats a ridiculously cheap price. Usually 36sq.ft.(bulk pack) should cost ~$150...lmk where you get your hookup bro, lol..
