start by making sure all the inside surfaces are completely flat (if its rigid from fiberglass or mdf, goto the store and get something to make it flat. whether its a adhesive strip type thing or you can use body filler and sand paper.) once flat, pick up some adhesive film. you can use a crome film that will appear as a mirror.

this place sells it for computer printing, but it would work fine for the inside of a box. it come in 8x11.5 inch pieces. 10 for $15. i also think i have seen the roles about the size of tint rolls at autozone for about $20. check it out - i will keep my eyes open for ya.

Hey man, rather than have the whole thing be chrome inside, why not paint match the box to your truck and then put chrome accents in it, like "Chevrolet" or "Blazer", or whatever the hell you want, but I just know that all chrome goes way on the rice side of the spectrum.

oh come now, what about Xzibits ride? His H1 is not ricer style and its mad chromed. Besides, maybe his setup would look killer with all chrome. on top of that, he was looking for a mirror effect, not exactly chrome.

I have a sub box with a plexi window in it. My box is very basic MDF box and what I did is I sanded the inside to make it as smooth as possible and I painted bright white, put a couple coats of Pearlescent paint that I got at Home Depot and added an 18" red neon to the top of the box, can't see the neon, just the glow and on the pearlescent paint, the gold glittery stuff just shines awesome! I was gonna do mirror or mirrored plexiglass but I was concerned about rattles so I just painted!

For reflecting inside the box, use plexi glass mirror. Search for it on ebay, you only need 1/8" thick for that. Cuts nice and easily just like regular plexi glass.
