so if i bought two of the type-r's and the zx1000.1, how would that be wired together? would i want to wire up the subs at 2 ohms or 4 ohms? i read that the amp cant be bridged, so im not quite sure how that would work. thanks.

what subs did you get. dual 4 ohm vc or dual 2 ohm??

you would want to end up at a 2 ohm load. so you would need the dual 2 ohm if your going to run 2.

but! you may want a little more power than the 1000.1
unless you find like a wicked deal or something.

dont get me wrong, the kicker will still sound great, but the alpines can take more than 500 daily.

I'll be feeding mine 800 each. and they'll love it.
