I have 96 sq.ft of sound deadener stacked up in my kitchen. Haha. I'm gonna get some more soon thought.

I think i'm getting it registered tomorrow.. So next week sometime after I put Herculiner down on my floor and get my seats back in, I think i'm going to head to a few audio places to check prices on installs.

And to the OP, sorry for totally jacking your thread. You can take over one of mine one day if you'd like

how do you plan on putting 20,000 watts into 2 13w7? max power on those is 2,000... typo i assume?

the only reason i have a 12w7 is because a local shop was doing buy one get one on all subs/speakers/amps and so forth. They're authorized so its no BS. i got mine for about 350 so i can't complain.

These trucks rattle like no other. i have sound deadened everything including a layer of ensolite over all the panels and MLV on the floor to try and kill it. i still rattle somewhere in the 30-35hz range.

i'd say p2s are pretty good but.... they're not going to do anything special. they'll get you loud but not loud enough for your tastes. i ran 3 p1s after running 2 12w0 and they weren't enough so then i had a 12w3v3 ported, then 12w6 ported..... then sealed, and finally a 12w7 and i'm more than happy. i'm a pretty firm JL Audio guy just because of my local shop cutting me amazing deals

I wrote 12 13w7s not 2! Haha. 20,000 watts on 2 of them would end up in a big BOOM!.

I'm not looking for the ultimate system in the Blazer. The P2's will be good enough until they need to be replaced. Haha

JL makes great stuff, but id have to say they are more sq oriented. if you want shear bass go with dd, dc, ssa or any other reputable companies. if u want sq then JL or Focal.

heres a crappy iphone video, cant pick up the flexing very well so i used a half drank water bottle to show the output.

who ever said fi isnt that great because of there warranty, is ridiculous. judging a sub over a warranty is crazy. first off follow what the sheet you get with it says, they shouldnt even have to give you because its all common sense. my fi q sounds amazing, gets loud, and has never given me a problem. treat it like trash and it will be trash.

Fi subs are some amazing drivers.

That flex looks pretty weak for having over 7000w rms. I get more than that with 900w.

I was thinking of just keeping 9 of the 12's and putting the 10th one in my Silverado.. or selling it.. I doubt 1 sub is going to make a difference. Haha

one sub will round out the sound of your music and give a little mirror shaking. if i didn't need my trunk, i'd definitely think about 2 15s to just annihilate everything at local shows and such

I meant 1 sub not making a difference as in 9 instead of 10 wont be that big of a deal. Haha. But 1 sub behind my back seat of the Silverado would sound pretty nice [:

1 sub can mean the difference between first and third place at a SPL competition.
