I have all the components needed already, 6 speakers, 2 10s, deck, amp, and wiring kit. Do I need to take off the door panels to access the speakers? How do I go about replacing the rear speakers? (meaning the plastic)

On 4 Doors you take off the door panels to get to the speakers simple just remove the bolts that are located on the door handle (the one you shut the door with) and remove the handle(that opens the door) then pull towards you with a flat screwdriver to pop off the plastic clips. Make sure if they are electric windows to unplug the connections. If its a 2 door you remove the door panels for the front speakers similar to the 4 door. For the back i think you have to remove the whole panels, you have to remove the seatbelts and a few screws then just pop it off and pull it upwards think it has tabs that go on the bottom panel not sure though. If your thinking about just taking off the speaker cover you will end up braking it because i think it has tabs that keep it in place. Great luck man not sure if this will help i own a 96 and its 4 door so i think the years varies alot in where the location of the screws are and all that. Again hope it helps.
