Default Will it fit?

I have a 2000 Blazer that I just removed the stereo from and am selling. A member here is interested in it, but he has a 95 Jimmy. I believe they're the same size and all but I was hoping someone here can confirm that it will work for him before I sell him something that won't be useful to him?

the way i think of it is matching the measurements and the harness plugs

I never messed with radios much but i do wanna change mines later on

No Sir it will not work in a 95 because the 95 to 97 have the mounting bracket made on the face plate.

I'm confused by that statement. Mine also has the mounting bracket mounted...?

I am sorry for the post inaccuracy,the faceplate on the 95-97 is made a little different to connect to the Heat and A/C controls and the storage pocket under the radio serves as the bottom mounting bracket.
