So i saw that jegs has cragar soft eights with tires for only 900 bucks.... but the smallest size is 31"

So I have a stock 4dr 4wd 98 blazer...

I have been reading and things I have to consider is the backspacing and the diameter....

I think the backspacing at 0 would allow more clearance?

Any help or idea would be great... I am also considering to buy a set of tear drop rims and painting them all black and the drops red..... so i think the rim size will be the stock 15x7.... I think....
