The other thing I forgot to mention is the Rodeo rear will probably have a LSD in it stock also until you can put a real locker in place. If you want to run a shorter WMS you can run an earlier 94-97.5 rear, same setup as the later model but usually drum brakes and leaf suspension. Should be in the ball park of what you're running currently. As far as running spacers I agree, not the greatest resolution. Another thing to keep in mind about using the earlier Rodeo r&p, when you're ready to install a real locker you could sell the carrier setup from the Rodeo to a jeep guy who'd like a low dollar upgrade to their Dana 44.
Just for reference sake the ZR2 is 7.2 inch, for that matter all the 4x4 stuff in stock S10/Blazer format is 7.2 inch.
I'm not aware of anyone using the Rodeo IFS, it's usually the rear that the SAS guys use. As far as your question about the offset working with the S10, what are you wanting to know?

New headlights came in damaged with the mounting tabs snapped. good news is they company refunded the full amount and I got to keep the headlights. they are lessor quality and I did have to use shims to make them fit okay. I plan to use
this 3M panel bonding adhesive this 3M panel bonding adhesive
to create a secure mounting point.

not happy with the uneven panel gap at the bottom but its the best i can do with these aftermarket parts. they are the only ones i can find that are all black with a clear lens. I will run these for a while. they were free minus the extra work and 3M adhesive.

Nice!

As for the gap fillers, same idea for sinks and showers, also used for around fender flares on zr2 and others...
