2000 4x4 Blazer LS AKA Moon Cricket
i had the same problem with the offest and inlet when i tried to install my glasspack, i could get it to fit, but when i tried to muffler clamp it on, it wouldn't seal/clamp all the way. there was holes all around it. so i just said forget it and dropped 4 bills and got fully custom stainless duals instead.
Debadging is simple.
Take some line from a fishing rod, and use it as "floss" pretty much between the body and the badges itself. It's only applied on with adhesive.
Run it through your head a couple of times. Depending on how much your blazer seen sun, taking off the badges can cause a tan line. So you gotta keep in mind it might not look how you expect it to.
I finished debadging my truck today to bedline the rockers. Had some pretty bad tan.

Lazy sunday, I got bored and decided to go ahead and debadge it. It wasnt to time consuming the most laborious part was peeling the double sided tape off. I really like the look, its cleaner and actually looks like it sits higher haha. I also popped the blazer emblems out of the molding and im gonna plasti-dip them and put them back on the blazer in place of the molding
