This is sort of a random update. I did a few minor things over the past few weeks.

My radiator started leaking around the petcock, when I tried to tighten it it snapped off. Since it had a lifetime warranty I just went to Advance and swapped it out for a new one. while I had it out I mounted my trans cooler. I didn't get it hooked up yet because I don't have enough cooler line.

Finally replaced my spring shackles. I didn't feel like doing it and didn't really have the time so I paid someone $200 to put them in.

Replaced the 4x6 speakers in my dash with tweeters mounted in the stock location. I took the picture through the windshield, sorry it isn't too clear.

So I mounted and connected my sub woofer control **** and moved my seat heater switches into the plate I made

First of all, I know that the seat heater switches don't line up even though I lined up the drill bit. I will probably leave it there until my OCD gets the best of me and I come up with a solution for it. I also have these 2 holes in my console where my switches used to be. Also, I'll have 2 more from where the Sirius is mounted because I plan on moving it up to the windshield with a suction mount. Any suggestions, comments, etc are welcome.

So I got my sub box mounted finally. I ran a nut and a bolt through the front and the back and then drilled through the floor and put a nut and a washer underneath. For some reason the front doesn't line up over the fender very well. But either way it takes up much less room than the homemade box, and it hits way harder. I will probably mount the amp to the box tonight.

I also grabbed some black plastic plugs to fill the holes where my seat heater switches used to be for about 40 cents each. They fit perfect.

I didn't like the way my box was fitting so I made some adjustments and now it fits much better. I also mounted my amp to it. I will eventually clean the wiring up and mount the fuse holder on the box somewhere.

Here it is in the box.

Looks good. My sub box is molded into the same spot, but I made mine myself. I use the storage space way too often to have a sub box sitting in the middle of the floor.

That is why I snatched this up when I found it at the u-pull it, because my dogs ride back there all they time. I think it was like $5 - $10. My one dog used to stand on the sub box and fall off whenever I stopped or went around a turns so I am interested to see what she does now.

Boring update!

I was getting a little bit of vibration when getting off the highway the other day so I decided it was time for rotors, so I did all 4.

Rear

Front

I also finally connected my trans cooler and did a spill and fill on the transmission. I painted the cooler black so it is pretty much hard to see behind the grill

Lastly I cleaned up the wiring to my to my amp. It isn't the best job but it its at least tied down so the dogs can't rip it out when we on our way to the beach next week.

I have a cracked driver's side rear leaf spring. So I picked up a set of springs from this blazer

I want to wire wheel the springs and throw new bushings in before I put them in. Thanks to Rexmburns for the free springs.
