My upper cooler line that goes to the radiator is still leaking, will replace that one in the near future. I haven't really had anywhere to go other than work and I don't want to risk that drive right now. I will drive it to the store tomorrow since it is a short drive.

So I drove the blazer to the store last night and was fine most of the short drive. About 2 miles from my house on the way back the oil pressure gauge got to around 20ish PSI and got stuck there again. When I got home it and shut it off it went to 0. I restated it and the gauge went to only about 15psi. I drove it to work today (about 19 miles) with absolutely no issues.

No degree is this thought, but maybe when you cleaned it out it got into the computer or wires?

I think that might be part of it. I drove it to work again today ans the gauge got stuck around 20 psi again. I might pull the needle back just a little since i think it might be getting stuck there.

Decided to pull the fenders again to mess around with aligning the hood again. I only got the driver's side done since nature decided that it had to rain until around 5:30. I was going to repaint the fender liner, but it is too far gone, it needs to be replaced.

If the weather cooperates I should be able to get this done this weekend. However, it looks like rain all weekend, including Monday. I will mess with getting a new fender liner at a later time.

Ahh, my fender liner in the drivers side looks exactly like yours there.. must be a common failure point for them.

Funny thing is that my passenger side was in good shape until it got crushed. So I may have a tough time finding a driver side liner at the u-pull it that doesn't have the same issue. I guess if that is the case, then a new one is only $49.95 + shipping from LMC truck.

Pulled the bumper off and peeled the peelable paint off. It peels really easy and it is very satisfying to pull off. The only challenge was around the holes.

Made a big body washer out of an old plastic sign to hold the liner in. Had to heat it a little to make it fit the curve. Then I shot it black.

The chrome on the bumper cleaned pretty good with a red scotch brite. If the rain holds off hopefully I can get it painted this evening.

Went to metal recycling yesterday with my old bent hood, passenger fender, fender liner and bumper.

It was very satisfying watching it all get crunched.
