Plans include:

15% Tint

Might look into a leather seat swap

*Update*
RC 2.5" lift
CB Radio
LED interior?

*COMPLETED MODS*
Bull bar
Roof Rack w/ lights
2" Body
Soft 8's 15x7 w/ 4.25" backspace
Nice headlights
Exhaust
CAI

What are some good ideas to start out with on a low budget for now?

Looks nice! But the good cheap mods are already listed! I'd go with the t-bar crank, shackles, and CAI to start out with. I'd venture to say they're the three most common mods done to the S-series, at least on here.

Yeah I've been doing alot of lurking this past week, I'd like to see some red 4 doors with Soft 8's, and the lower trim removed.

I gotta say, the truck is nothing like the Cadillac!
In the STS, I'd be cruising at a comfortable 70-80Km/h in town..in the truck tonight, my needle was glued to 50! I felt like i was going fast @50km/h lol

Yeah, they definitely can't compare to a Caddy. It'll probably get a bit stiffer after a t-bar crank lol. Yeah, I was going to suggest you get rid of the lower molding and the chrome wheel arches but I didn't want to insult you haha!

Oh no worries at all, no insults taken. I appreciate all thoughts, they can only help me get this truck looking good!

My hood wasn't opening at all..managed to get it opened, so I greased up the latchs with WD-40. Works great now. Also greased up my door hinges.

Picked up a new fuel filter and air filter

i think your list pretty much nailed it all for cheap mods.
only thing i didnt see was HID upgrade.

and if your into it...since you have a four door...rear spare carrier from a 2 door....seems to be popular, cheap and great looking mod around here.

with the t-crank...one word....ALIGNMENT.

and also bedliner the rockers and what ever else you see fit.

Brought the truck into class today, got the air filter and fuel filter changed up. I must say, the fuel filter hold down is the biggest pain in the ***. I couldn't get the bolt back into the frame after maybe 15 mins of the truck up on the hoist, so I said to hell with the frame bolt haha.

Man, with you and Old Skool Luvr I'm going to have to be careful when I'm replying to your posts lmao, I might get mixed up and a joke with him will be an insult to you lol. Nice truck and welcome to the show from ~4 hours east.
