Headlights arrived today, and I got them installed in about 30 mins. Look fabulous! the 8000K has a fair tint of blue, alot more then I thought it would, but I love the look and the brightness they put out! Pics to follow real soon

Lookin good. 8000 is really really blue. I have 6000 in my blazer, and I think they are still really blue. For the Silverado I got 4500 which is actually white, and 3500 which is a yellow/green for fogs. There is some guy I drive by every morning that has some very very green headlights, I wonder what color temp they are? They are not yellow at all.

The worst part about HID lights is that Im a commercial driver, and all my vehicles have HID lights in them, but my work truck does not, and I depart in the dark, and come home in the dark latley... Bummer not having em on my big rig.

You mention getting 15% off at hidextra... If you watch for holidays like xmas/boxing day, black friday, and a couple others - they do a 50% off day for everything. My brother and I happened upon this american holiday called black friday and bout 800 bucks worth of lights for 400 bucks! You can also call them on the phone and possibly sweet talk a better discount out of the phone people, we have also done that before to get 50% off.

Oh sweet! I should def check that out sometime soon! I didn't know 8K was as blue as it really is...I watched a bunch of videos but cams don't do the hue justice.

I installed my 4 roof lights today. I haven't wired them up yet, just installed/bolted them all snugg for now. Next week I'll find a couple relays and wire them up. What's the best way to run the wires w/ relays on our trucks?

Wheel bearings were delivered and installed today! Didn't take too long, maybe an hour-1.5hrs first side, considerably less the second side. Replaced both fronts, all torqued up to spec. I purchased off of Detroit Axle via ebay, 79$ for both free shipping to Michigan! (I live on a border town)

Now with two new hubs, I threw the ABS fuse in, tested it out, and no more low speed ABS lock ups! Also, cruise control and my torque converter lock up work now! But best of all, no more shaking floor boards and loud humming

Right on, Smoke! I can see Sault Sainte Marie, MI from my house (border town aka twin cities) I've never wheeled over in MI, but on our side of the border there's a few decent spots I enjoy going to, alot of trail riding, but there are some trails that will getcha! When are you movin' up?
