I wasn't aware you could route the steam ports on an LS to there, always thought it had to be up high and that's why they're normally routed to the top of the radiator.

No it’s a pretty common place for swap guys there a part on the market that goes in the upper hose where you can put it but this is cleaner

So I’ve made a little progress in the last couple days then I had to pull the heads off cuz my grandson thought he was helping putting stuff down the intake runners lol but it’s all good I had head gaskets but now getting ready to place the engine and trans in today

Ok finally got the Camaro radiator and dual fans in the truck where they don’t contact the engine lol

Next on to the trans cross member I started on it then got side tracked on the cooling fans! Lol the trans has just been sitting on the cross member not bolted on and it sitting about 2 inches too low I had to lift the trans tail shaft up to get the angle of the dangle right so I cut the mount part of the cross member and I’m going to space it down to weld back on the Cross member. Then notch the rear torsion bar mount to clear the drive shaft. I want to eventually go to coil over front and get rid of the torsion bars. More pics coming soon thank you for following.
