Paint the back window trim if you can find a colour match.
Billet front chev emblem to match grille
Clear corner lights
Lower the back just a little to balance it out
Xtreme front bumper filler plate
Tail lights
Rollpan

Nice.. I've always like the Xtremes. Had a 2000 X-cab several years back. It was the 4cyl model though and I just never got use to the lack of power it had.
