I love your truck. I want that brush guard lol. I can't afford one though .... I ordered headlights similar to yours (but in chrome and with projectors) and got the same exact turn signals with them (except chrome) IDK if I'm going to use the turns though cause I'm not sure how they'll look.

However I am going to steal your hood

Thanks Mike.. I got the brush guard off of craigslist for $100 not a bad deal considering it is a Westin... It had a bit of rust so just a bit of work cleaning it all up and doing the paintinng on it..I have found out though with our first snow here in Michigan that the light guards suck being on for the fact it only holds snow ..lol so light guards will be off for the rest of the winter season.. The Goodmark steal hood I snagged off of Ebay back in 2000. GoodMark had a multiple auction going with the 5 hoods going to the highest bidders..I got it for $176+52 shipped to my place of work..then paid $100 to have it painted..So not a bad deal there...
As far as the corner markers I just wanted something different that I havent seen around town alot..The fact they were all black was a bonus..I like them..as I have a set of driving lights that are that oval shape I will also be mounting on the underside of the brush guard in the near future... Again thanks for the compliments guys...

No big time up dates at the moment..However I did score a set of Iroc rims today for $60 They will need a good scrubbing..Just need to find one more wheel before blasting them and powder coating them gloss black...Other than that I started doing my interior panel pieces in a black marble effect look.. So far just have these 2 pieces done..Just started on the door handle guards tonight...

How exactly did you get the black marble effect on it? Nice blazer too!

The marbelizing is a bit of a process.... Sand all parts to get rid of texture..prime,sand..then shot a few coats of gloss grey, wet sanded, coat of gloss white, then laid saran wrap over the wet coat of white then pealed it off. At that point you can see parts of the grey coming through the white. Then another light wet sand and then a coat of gloss black.Followed again by laying saran wrap over that about 20 seconds. Peel that off let dry a few more days...Then a wet sand and waited a day to start laying on about 7 coats of clear wet sanding between wet coats..In the end the clear burys out the textures the saran wrap leaves. Took over a week just to do these 2 pieces..But I dont have alot of free time to get to do the stuff I would like to either...

It`s fairly easy process just time consuming.. Down side is if there is a mess up in the paint between layers.. I ran into some bubbling on both pieces so had to re wets sand down re-shoot the colors over again.. I will be trying a red marbleized look on a friends car in the summer. I think that will look pretty sweet..

I wish i had the patience to do that. wow that looks good.

IMHO I think the IROC's would look badazz if you had them powdercoated black minus the lip and the polished parts of the spokes, and hat those parts shined up real nice and clear coat the whole thing.
