IM done messing around with this motor..putting in a new one the weekend of September 5. found busted head gaskets, took the heads to machine shop, they told me both heads are cracked, so who knows whats going on with the block. I want this blazer running so new engine it is..It has 140,000 miles on it and i seen it run. It runs great, no smoke issues anywhere. I will try and get pics up later today. when the motor is installed i will start the cosmetic work on the truck. That when most pics will come up.

Plans for the day.. drain oil and start getting this old motor out.. should be pretty simple simce its down to the block already, everything has been disconnected, so torque converter bolts, tranny bolts, and motor mount bolts and its should come out.

Haven't gotten much done due to health issues, but doc says I'm back in the saddle again so I'm going to start working on it again and will post some pics of it tonight., especially the interior rodents seem to like it as a home during the winter seeing it sat all winter. I'm pretty good with motors..interior not so much
