I really like your setup km, but im far too broke to do that lol i really do apprecciate your input. Diaita so i need to have wheels and tires mounted on the axle to see where it needs to go? Sorry for all the questions i just really want to figure out what i need to do and how to do it before i screw something up lol.

i just measured a lot, i didn't get the tires until it was done. i did make the spring pads with several holes in the so i could adjust the axle for and aft if i needed to once everything was installed.

Got the sas kit in painted it, and been arguing with myself and annoying diaita about where i want it to sit lol.. Ive been thinking ~ 1-2 inches forward, and making the axle sit where it needs to with the spring pads/perches... I'll throw some pics up later. If anyone would like to help on giving me ideas of where it needs to sit i would appreciate it.

Thanks again everyone

Thanks for the reply km... after talking with atv warrior i started hacking away.
I diddnt like the way that the crossmemember just sat on the frame so i notched abit of the frame out to accept the cross member, It fits so perfect now... almost like a glove... Got it tacked on and started going to town then i ran out of wire. Heres some pics like i promised thanks again guys

Looking good! You may need to trim the cross member a bit, but it looks like it'll go together well. Probably won't need histeer or an astro box, maybe just a zj pitman arm to help steering angle a bit.

Oh, and not annoyed at all, happy to help!

Thanks!! I am gonna do away with the cross member its just more junk in the way Lol. I do have another question tho the spring mounts on the sky cross member are 3inch is it okay that I'm using 2.5 inch springs? On their site it says to use 2.5 inch springs, but there is quite abit of play.

your springs 2 1/2" with the bushing in, or 3"? you shouldn't have any play, it needs to be a tight fit, or you will have issues.

My springs are 2.5 all the way up on both ends.... heres what the bushings look like. Buy Moog Leaf Spring Bushing SB371 at Advance Auto Parts

they have to be replaced and ied prefer to use poly bushings, but i cant find any for them.
this pic is with bushings in.
Thanks jbb
