i have been watching this with great interest. i will be building a 1940 chevy 2 dr sedan in the near future and plane to install a duramax in it....just because i can!! you have my full attention. please keep the posts and pic's comming. GREAT JOB so far

That's awesome. This guy might have some pointers for you. I know it's not the same but figuring out the fuel system and whatnot he might be able to help. Plus this is just badass to watch. Something to look forward to.

the 6.2/6.5 diesels are a different animal all together. They are an IDI 4 stroke V8 and they borderline on reliability. This was my twin turbo 6.2 diesel....
