Thanks guys I might run sua but not sure yet I know I want to run 33-35" tires. I'm still trying to find a d44 axle which is pita right now. Ive found one and he wanted $400 for the axle and without any brake parts and he thinks the hubs are going out.

Rex- I'm gonna go with a setup like yours after talking to my uncle and doing some more searching. What year Astro should I get the box from?

Also I need to make a list of need to be done so I wont lose it like I do when I write it on paper.

List of need to be do-
Tune up (wires, plugs, cap and rotor. Suggestions?)
Air filter or cai
Fix turn signal/wiper switch
Clean throttle body
Figure out why my rear drivers brake won't work
New headlight bulbs (suggestions?)
Build light bar

Not much to update other then I get the oil, plugs and wires changed today. I might be getting an new grille to replace my broken one. I believe its and LS grille with the turn signals/foglights. Ill wire the fog lights to my high beams and a switch in the cab.

I didn't end up getting the grille. It was busted in places. I've been doing some searching on how to convert my 4wd to manual but can't start on it cause its been freezing out.

I've been reading around about people swapping in an astro hydroboost. Do they help with stopping power or are they just for making more room?

Ive been thinking about getting Summit Racing 84 Black D Series Wheels with 4" backspacing for the blazer till I do the SFA swap. I hate how the wheels don't stick out nd the the wheels look like crap. How far would the the wheels stick out from the body?

I'm also looking at Bart Wheels D Trucker Black Wheels with 4" backspacing too

Sorry I got my info mixed up.

Summit wheels are 15x8 with a 3.75" backspace
Bart wheels are 15x8 with 4" backspace

I'm thinking of going with the Bart wheels cause their cheaper.
