Thanks, there a a bit of body work to do. But he added his own gap guards, and the engine is really clean, no sign of leaks or anything anywhere. Gotta fix the third door and the handle, also gotta do the drivers door window motor.

it's a good thing I pulled them off the zr2 lol...

Looks to be a good running-around-town rig! Congrats!

And you get to re-purpose all of your "Blazer Fix-It" knowledge!

Thank you! Already started a build thread for her as shes related lol.

as for the blazer, PROGRESS! I stopped by the shop after work and helped the mechanic do a little. I feel he bit off more then he can chew a little, has about three jobs going at once, but atleast this way I save money. Blazer is in the shop, engine has minor things to transfer over to make it work. Hopeful on the spider injector, if it doesnt work, I'll take it home to pull apart. Not giving up the "free" upgrade.

Before removal of hood, brush guard, and top end engine components.

Default Not exciting, but a step in the right direction

Originally engine is out, stuff being transfered over, making locations for sensors, then engine will be going in. Maybe by august lol...

but it's going good for 1 mechanic and more jobs then 3 can handle lol. And he has add when it comes to making sure it's good so I'm not complaining.

side note: sonoma is coming along, details over there lol.

So engine is IN the blazer, 03 spider injector being transfered over to the original intake, and that is getting installed tonight. He plans on turning the engine tomorrow morning, so fingers crossed that she will be back by the end of the work day!

It looks so good but I might be biased as mine is white and black also. I used to have the same steel rims and painted them black they looked good

E-fan you say? Interesting. Wondered if those actually worked well with towing a boat and a/c. Glad to hear running again. How you liking the new injectors? Note the difference?
