Got the blazer back! She's alive again!!!

1500 for the trans shop, they had to source some hardware and a couple of parts, I gave them a used trans from a 2003 s10 zr2 with 180k, and a tcase from a 99 blazer with 187k. 550$ for the 2.

300 for the exhaust shop, modified the 2wd pipe to fit the 4wd, and welded it all in... o2 censors have the wrong ends on them, so I will have to change them. They also didn't use the new cat, so ill have to get that in at some point, if needed...

a little more then what I wanted to pay... but you gotta get what you can, when you can, and do what you gotta do...

Other then that, I gotta look at the front end, she doesn't want to stay straight... so gonna crawl under it tonight!

Pics when I get a working camera! Lol sorry

Unfortunately there's been a huge lack of motivation since the last post, which didn't help that she has been taken off the road for now until I transfer ownership and insurance in my name. But she still lives and will be getting picked at for now. Still needs a bit of work, starts up first turn with no hesitation. But got some picks of her sitting proud lol

Took the flares off with the intention of doing body work, but life came first lol.

Don't feel bad about lack of progress. My jimmy has been sitting on my trailer at work for months now with no progress. Dealing with everything life throws at us and keeping our daily drivers on the road is keeping me busy. That and the cold and snow haven't helped.

So with the jimmy being moved into the parts vehicle column, I've manage to be able to swap more of the black interior into the blazer, also was able to fix the shifter cable and it is now on the road again.

I have a few things I need to get done before winter, but nothing that'll take it off the road.
