Small Update

I finally got around cleaning the inside armor alled the dash and spare tire cover ... god its nice to have a clean cab





truck needs to be washed again and vacuumed .. lets see if i get to it today

I got a goodie box from a member parting his truck out (InsanePyro)



I installed the tccm he sent me but i still dont got my 4hi ...

so far i tryed encodor motor , tccm , dash switch... Im at a loss
i checked the wiring . right now im reseting it by pulling the fuse for 30 mins.
hope it works

I also eliminated the stupid aftermarket alarm my uncle installed when he was the owner of this truck
it went off and would not turn off ... so i got a pair of cutting pliers and cut every wire for this ****ty alarm ...
I dont need it any ways

 

Its been a long time guys . Shes been parked for about a month Maybe more .

Today i finally got her road legal again with the dmv . Now shes gonna need an inspection in 10 days.


other then that I need to give it a good wash and get her running 100% again.

I switched out the wires since I had arcing issues . Now I found the coil Arcing so that needs to be replaced...

I also need to repair the 4hi electrical issue.
But Im happy shes on the road again... I miss it so much.

Loving it! It's so comfortable and fun to drive. I also figured it out, between gas saved every month and the average monthly repairs the truck was running me, I'm only paying like 10 dollars more a month for the car over the truck and it's 11 years newer!

haha i;ve never notice the price, just saw them and those are hella sweet tho.... wish i had my old blazer and RX-7 to put those in there :P

 

I bet those leds don't last long with the heat the headlights produce. An expensive way to get regular housings after awhile.
