Glad you got it, and safe. That sucks that your original plans to wire up the AUX port are different for this one. But I'm sure there is a tutorial somewhere online for it. Or its similar for this one, I mean, how much can be different for the internals on this, It plugs right into the stock harness, so the internals have to be pretty much the same.

good news I wired up the aux port... Now I need to play the waiting game for the radio harness adapters.

There is the aux port and the difference between the radio harnesses.

Have you checked out the cost on a used one from the junk yard up there? If you can get some money i can get you one pretty easy. 40-50 bucks i think. Only way you know if they work is for the dirty carbon'd manifold.
#309
yea I dont think id ever get a used one man... It can just fail a few days later ya know?
#310
Eh,the way i see it. the amount of issues they have, you have a good chance that the used one you get is going to be newer. and as long as the interior of the manifold is nasty it should be ok. I would hate to spend 300 when i can get one for 50 and it last for a while. Heck, even if it lasts just a year..it only cost 50 bucks.
