Benedict's Blazer
bent the crap out of my tailpipe yesterday wheeling... it was bent around my axle and the tip was in the back of the wheel. Had to tie a tow strap to it and drive to get it unbent enough to drive it home. The pipe was pinched pretty bad so I had to take a saw zaw to it... now it rattles against the frame because its still not bent right. I have to find a new rubber piece to the mounting braket so it doesn't clank when I hit bumps.... hopefully saw zawing some of the pipe off will solve my problem of repeating something like that... I'll post some pics tomorrow
i just read your post about not having a sub. i understand that. i'm currently running with no door speakers which sucks because that means i have tweeters only. ( i cut the 6x9s). hopefully you can get the exhaust fixed. that'd be a good thing haha

I'm just glad the muffler didn't get ripped off... Don't want to pay another $50 to get it welded... I'm sure I can find one of those rubber things lying around at the local junk yard. last time I was there, there were like 5 blazers, all older second gens (95-97) so I'm limited to what parts I can use
and my sub is hooked up now but only to the 4 channel so it might be getting 100 watts and its the same level as my speakers... it adds a little bass. I guess its a good thing because polk recommends you use it at low volumes for the first 40-60 hours

Benedict... You werent going to be the only one running a spare tire rack... I hit up the pull n save, and looks like you still will be the only one running, lol, I found all the pieces off of two different blazers, but there was no latch..... And they quoted me 18 bucks for a spare tire rack, but the blazers are getting picked over a bit much... Though I had a chance... lol
warthogdriver also managed to put a tire rack on his 4 door. I think me and him are the only successful ones so far. at least on this forum. I think some others have it done on the s10forum
HA!!!! I can one up you here, My spare tire rack was there from the factory!!!!!
