That's so funny...
You guys can do almost everything to your cars without making them illegal, but you can only drink if you're 21 or older...
We have strict limits what we can do to our cars but we can start drinking beer and wine when we are 16...

Europe has such a better ideology with alcohol. Since kids can drink it at such a young age when they are 18 and 19 they won't be binge drinking and getting alcohol poisoning like a lot of high school kids and college kids. I stick to beer for the most part, I don't like to get sick from drinking too much. And in Pennsylvania at least they are pretty strict about what you can and cannot do to your vehicle too. Some states on the other hand as long as it has wheels....
