Looks like you did more damage than me. I backed into an 04 envoy. Tire hit his fender and dented it right in. Nothing happened to mine but in the parking lot I re-hung his bumper and gave him a quote of $0 to fix it. Told him I'd call him in the next few days to get him into my buddies shop. left 2 messages, 1 more message and I'm calling it done.

I doubt it would work... at least, not without some custom fabrication. I have the drop gate/lift glass if you need/want pics of anything.

That sucks about the damage though Hopefully you can find parts to replace everything *cough*cough*cowlhood*cough*

Mine's a '98. It's a keyhole button combo. The keyhole locks or unlocks all doors and the button is just for the glass

I know on my 96 you really don't even need the key. As long as the blazer is unlocked you can press the button and it will pop the top glass. Lift it up then pull the tailgate latch on the inside panel. The only thing I can think of that might stop you from doing it would be the struts on the tailgate to support/lower the gate. I'm not sure if the liftgate has it or not.

well good day at the junk yard today, and lets just say my truck isn't a chevy anymore

I think the bravada front end looks BA with my lifted truck. I also snagged a double din dash that actually matches. paid $20 for it, not no $175 from the s10warehouse. still have to put the bumper on tomorrow, I have to cut the ends off of my metal bumper to make the cover fit. spend $100 all together for all my goodies. I may be back to get the leather door pannels, and the charcoal leather heated seats, so this means my corners with the fogs are for sale and maybe some trailblazer seats.

Looks awesome! I was about to post that you should find a GMC hood with the ridges that line up with the lights but then I noticed the Olds grill has the crease that fits perfectly with the Chevy hood.

What year or models have the double din opening? My dash was ripped apart when some jerk smashed my window and broke in and 3 years later, I still haven't replaced it.

Also, are you really half-way through an entire GALLON of tea?

I believe all of the bravadas 98+ have the double din dash. and I think blazers and jimmy's newer than 03 also had the double din.

this is the radio I'm looking into getting.

and yea the hood on bravadas and blazers are the same, and my headlights aren't crooked its my hood.... still not perfect but not too noticible... maybe someday I'll get a cowl hood. gonna put HID's in the new fogs since they are metal and I won't have to worry about them melting, and I'm thinking about getting a full brush guard, either that or a westin bull bar because the one I have is junk. I also looked at some 2 doors with the stabilizers but I wasn't too sure how to approach getting it off, did you have any luck with the 2 door you found? lol and I was working on that tea all day... you get thirsty walking around the junk yard and ripping stuff off. my buddy got some rear headrests and wood trim for his bmw... so I thought it was a very good day. I may be back when my paycheck comes on thursday...

No I wasn't able to get it out. It's held in by the inner tie rods, pitman and idler arm. I was able to remove everything from the passenger side but the drivers was too far to the ground and the tie rods were completely blocked from access and there was no way for me to get to it
