Door pins
I did the door pins and bushings only to find out I still had p!ay when I lifted the door up and down. It turns out the pins where siezed to the bushing and were egging out the holes they should have been pressed into.
I took a bold step and welded up part of the holes that were egged out. Then used a binder to clean it up and get the holes close. Then took a drill to the holes. This actually worked very well and turned out better then I thought it would. Sorry no pics.
Got it back together just gotta take for a test drive.

Rear bumper
So I wanted a class 3 receiver hitch on the Blazer. It turns out the parts car has one.
While I had it apart I figured I'd freshen up the bumper.
Notice the parts car bumper and where they rust.

Before I reinstall the bumper. Two coats of Por15 down first then topcoated white.

When I replaced my bumper I used an entire can of rubberized undercoating on the inside after I sanded all the rust down.
